Energy Balance was founded in 2007 to serve as a resource for companies that needed technical consulting for special projects. Over time our service offerings organically expanded to cover the "technology" of successful business engagement in the marketplace.

We help start-ups craft their brand identity by recognizing that new businesses are inventing themselves as well as their service and product offerings. We help help growth companies pivot toward greater returns by identifying and activating dormant areas in otherwise functional business models - particularly in the areas of developing customer relationships, reshaping value proposition perception, and expanding sales channels. We help mature companies re-ignite their entrepreneurial spirit as they expand into new areas via their internal growth maps and acquisitions.

Meet Phil

Phil Morse is the founder and manager of Energy Balance LLC, an Ohio-based consulting firm specializing in business development and innovation.

Wearing his Energy Balance hat, Phil has worked with entrepreneurs, inventors, investors, and companies of many types and sizes. In addition, he has started and managed several successful businesses of his own. Phil's expertise is in translating company ambitions into actionables and marketplace-ready assets.

Phil holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. He enjoys the great outdoors, reading, and spending quality time with his family.
